Question: Thank you for recommending The Hour A Day Entrepreneur. I found some great tips on time management among other things. In your review you mentioned that there was one thing that Henry recommends that you should never do the first thing in the morning. You also mentioned that you improved your productivity by not doing it. What was it? By the way I loved the free videos and 19 page pdf that came with the book.

Answer: The thing that I stopped doing was looking at and responding to emails first thing in the morning. I list my important tasks the night before then I read them first thing in the morning and work on the first task to completion before looking at emails. I will not look at any email unless it is from one of my dealers or from one of the companies that I represent in the morning. I check on my other emails during driving time or at the end of the day.
